  • Sorting Logic: Criteria for sorting partners by founder problem, stage, and relevance.
  • Knowledge Layer Integration: Guidelines for mapping sheet problems to the knowledge layer.
  • Affiliate Sheet Update: Structure of the sheet for sorting and outreach priority.
  • Onboarding Flow: Step-by-step onboarding and standard intake questions.
  • Placement & Distribution: Partner exposure points (OS, Mighty, Events, Social, GFIS, etc.).
  • End-to-End Funnel: Flow diagram and rules from onboarding to placement.
  • Active Tracking: Key fields and metrics to track immediately.
  • KPIs: Success metrics for activity, placement, relevance, and performance.
  • Future SOPs & Workflows: Standard operating procedures to build out next.
