Definition

Compass is the in-OS version of the survey.

Zoho Survey is the current external intake.

Compass is the logged-in experience that uses the same core questions and logic, but connects answers directly to the OS.

Role

Compass interprets founder answers and produces the first version of the route package.

It should identify:

  • founder stage
  • business context
  • current problem
  • urgency
  • support interest
  • likely partner category
  • next action
