This document defines the process for auditing, categorizing, and transitioning the existing cohort of 60 to 80 partners into the new logic model.

Action Steps

  1. Audit & Data Clean: Export and review current partner records.
  2. Re-Categorization: Map each partner to founder problems, stages, and relevance.
  3. Re-Engagement: Send updated onboarding/intake questions.
  4. Pruning: Deactivate partners that are no longer responsive or aligned.
